Got an iced milk tea HK style today. It’s definitely the best. They put so little ice in there and the sugar is just the right balance. Will definitely go back again. Love the HK accent and Cantonese they’re speaking, they are so sweet with their smile. Thanks for making this milk tea and my day as well.

I wanted to try this place for a while. However the negative reviews make me hesitate. I was a bit scared. Today’s weather is so hot. Perfect for an iced HK milk tea. I decided to test my plastic Cantonese. I arrived at a busy time around 2.30 pm. The old lady seems in a good mood and is smiley. A small line is forming. She actually greeted me in English. Service was fast. Taste wise, as I’m not Hongkonger. Can’t really say authentic or not. However it tastes good, same as the ones I had in 煮意.

Possibly the one and only best (aka genuine) hk style milk tea in Australia. I don’t comment on service or else cause I only ask for a cup of genuine hk style milk tea, other shops/restos’ are fake and they brought shame to the name of “hk style milk tea”, except this place.

The best Hong Kong milk tea in Sydney, run by an old couple with decades under the belt. Robust tea flavour (you'll smell the aroma from the street) and not too sweet. The boss lady (Christina) mentioned they now also offer it in bottled form for convenience.

small shop for a quick grab and go! as being a hongkonger, i can truly say this HK STYLE MILKTEA IS ABSOLUTE GEM! it just taste like home! i love how you can taste the tea flavor and yet little sweetness with your first sip. for the service, it was alright but definitely could be better, i paid for the milktea first then the old lady asked whether i wanted “plastic bottle” or “plastic cup”, and i answered her “plastic bottle”. she then said “our staff is making already - you can request earlier, and we are very speedy with the process”… and of course i was like huh? okay? but you didnt ask me from the start… anyhow, this is a lovely grab and go place but don’t expect too much for service

This has to be the best place in Sydney to drink HK milk tea. I’ve tried Christina’s milk tea in the past several times and it’s by far one of the best in Sydney. The small kiosk is tucked away at the entrance of Sussex plaza shopping centre. I have not tried anything other than their famous HK condensed milk tea. It uses a quality blend which has a nice strong tea flavour but smooth to drink at the time. You can follow Christina on instagram and she even teaches you how to make it on one of her videos. The tea is also available for purchase, which you can make at home. Other things they sell include toast, sandwiches and noodles for takeaway only.

A true Hong Kong milk tea master. Forget the corn fructose tea-flavored drinks. This is the place to go. Christiana (the lady running this shop) will serve you a drink as excellent as the story behind the drink. Ask her for a 茶走 (cha zhou) and the story behind it. Oh and her English is strangely great. More of a grab and go place (although she does cook good snacks). Just minimal seating inside the mall but walk a few steps and you’ll be on George St with plenty of benches.

Best HK milk tea in Sydney! I've been to many HK restaurants looking for authentic milk tea but nobody does it as well as these guys. As for the service, it's just like in HK: fast-paced and efficient. Other reviews are critical of their service but its just reflective of how it is in HK. It may not translate well in Australia but I can assure you that they're not trying to be rude.
